CBA LIVE 2022 Policies, Terms & Conditions


COVID-Related Policies

All registrants (including speakers and sponsors) must be COVID-19 vaccinated, as recommended by the Center for Disease Control, to attend CBA LIVE 2022. CBA may announce additional COVID-19 safety protocols which registrants will be required to comply with even though they are fully vaccinated.


Registration Policies

All fees are in U.S. dollars and entitle registrants to attend all educational sessions and sponsored food functions. Spouse / Companion registrations do not include access to educational sessions.


The deadline to cancel your CBA LIVE registration and receive a refund is February 11, 2022.  

  • Cancellation Policy: Full registration minus $350 will be refunded if requested by February 11, 2022. No refunds after February 11, 2022. To cancel, email cbaliveregister@consumerbankers.com.
  • Transfer Policy: You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost. Email your request to cbaliveregister@consumerbankers.com by March 3, 2022. No transfers after March 3, 2022.


Communications & Marketing Policies

Photo / Video Release: CBA reserves the right to use photos / video taken at CBA LIVE by individuals under its hire for future promotional purposes. By registering for CBA LIVE, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this photo release statement.

Registration Contact Details: By registering for CBA LIVE, you agree to CBA sharing your contact information (your name, job title, company name, company address and the email address you provided for CBA LIVE registration) with CBA LIVE 2022 sponsors for the purposes of sponsor follow up about your interests.
