On Tuesday, August 2, 2022, the CBA Executive Banking School celebrated commencement for its Class of 2022 at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, graduating 77 bankers from the across the country, including six receiving honors distinctions. The 2022 Tem Wooldridge Award was presented to Kaley Keeley of PNC Bank, recognizing leadership, integrity and outstanding academic performance. Today’s ceremony brings to a close the 71st year of CBA Executive Banking School, which included more than 300 students from 39 banks.

CBA Executive Banking School accelerates the professional growth of the next generation of retail bankers through an immersive learning experience focusing on finance, risk and strategic leadership.
We provide a rigorous, small-group learning experience challenging students with real world scenarios experienced daily by retail banks. Over the course of three ten-day summer sessions, students participate in one-of-a-kind simulation exercises that challenge them to run the entire consumer business of a bank. They learn how to analyze and use financial data to influence a bank’s future performance. They also dive into an executive level experience, requiring them to manage a bank from the top down.
