Talent Management Committee

CBA's Talent Management Committee promotes education and the exchange of information on talent management issues. The Committee is dedicated to providing members with an open forum to learn from industry leaders, share best practices, discuss regulatory changes, and network with other professionals in the business.
Goals for the Talent Management Committee include:
- Promote knowledge sharing and engagement within member banks by within the committee forum and through the utilization of subcommittees to facilitate discussion of various functional units such as: performance management systems, CBA LIVE;
- Maintain industry survey data representing member banks' relevant talent management performance by key categories. Review statistics, trends and other data on a regular basis;
- Serve as the voice of the talent management discipline and engage in outreach with the media, policymakers, and other stakeholders where appropriate; and
- Develop informative, compelling and actionable programming for the Talent Management Forum at CBA LIVE. Actively promote attendance of HR and Talent Development professionals and engage industry stakeholders.
