Got questions?

There's no doubt that 2020 has brought about lots of changes, even for retail banking's premier event.  CBA LIVE 2020 marks our first-ever virtual conference.  We've received lots of questions on everything from registration to platform access and connectivity to on-demand programs and more.  Below, we've complied responses to some of our most frequently asked questions to help you navigate this new adventure.

Platform Access & Registration Questions

How do I access the CBA LIVE 2020 virtual platform?

All CBA LIVE registrants were emailed a unique URL with which to access the virtual platform.  If you did not see your email, please check your spam folder.  The email would come from “CBA Team” or webinar.host@bigmarker.com. Once you click on your unique URL, be sure to create a password and complete your set up process before you explore the platform.  Certain features and tools, such as the customizable conference agenda, will not be available to you unless you create a password.

What if I cannot find my registration email or unique URL?

You can still access the CBA LIVE 2020 virtual platform by clicking here.  Click on the teal “Log In” button in the upper right corner and enter the email address you used to register for CBA LIVE. Create a password, then follow the prompts to finalize your virtual platform account.

I tried logging into the platform with my email address, but the system doesn’t recognize it.

If an assistant or another individual arranged for your CBA LIVE registration, check to see if their email address was entered instead of your own. If you need help accessing the platform, please email us for help.

I am having trouble connecting to the platform from my computer.

Please visit our connection webpage to help address issues with accessing the platform from your system.

Can I share my registration URL?

No.  Your CBA LIVE 2020 registration and unique URL are specific to you. Sharing your URL could cause issues with your access to the platform.

I am a presenter.  Do I use my attendee URL for everything?

No.  All presenters should have a separate speaker URL for each individual session in which they are participating. You will need to access the virtual platform using the speaker for your session in order to present.  Once your session ends, you may resume use of your attendee URL for the remainder of the conference.  If you need your speaker URL, please email us.

Schedule & Session Questions

I’m logged into the virtual platform, but it won’t let me add sessions to my agenda.

When you click on your attendee URL, the platform will prompt you to create a password for your profile. Once you create a password, you will have access to the customizable agenda and other tools within the platform.

I am interested in more than one session happening in the same time slot. Is there a way to view sessions I missed?

Yes. All CBA LIVE 2020 session will be recorded and available for on demand viewing at a later time.  CBA LIVE 2020 sessions and materials will remain on the platform for 30 days once the conference ends, so you can go back and watch sessions you may have missed.
