For nearly 30 years, Eva has remained motivated by anticipating, understanding, and meeting the ever-changing needs of American Express Members. In her role as President, Consumer Banking, Eva now leads American Express’ expansion into new consumer digital banking products and financial services. As American Express aims to be essential in the lives of customers every day, these products are broadening what American Express Membership means for customers.

Since joining American Express, Eva has managed key businesses and successfully executed against the company’s strategic priorities including negotiating and creating industry-leading partnerships, managing consumer marketing, and implementing new consumer products and services. She is known for her customer insight, and analytical and strategic approach to tackling a wide variety of complicated business challenges.

Eva has always embraced the idea that central to delivering for customers is a passion for developing and nurturing talent and is especially committed to supporting ambitious women around her to achieve their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children at their home in Glen Ridge, New Jersey.
