Jenny Rhodes is head of Retail Distribution Human Resources and senior vice president for PNC Bank. In this role, she leads the HR business partner and centers of excellence teams for consumer and small business which serves the bank's eight million customers through it's 24,000 employees. Rhodes is responsible for enabling the business to meet customer needs by attracting, developing, engaging and rewarding talent.


Rhodes joined PNC in 2004 through the acquisition of National City Bank and has held a number of leadership positions including HR for the western territory of the branch network, HR manager for Commercial Real Estate and HR business partner for risk management. She did a special assignment in 2014, leading the enterprise talent framework transformation for Retail Banking. Rhodes started her career in the United States through the GE Human Resource Leadership Development Program with a stint outside of HR as a Black Belt in Six Sigma. She served as HR manager for GE Capital Aviation Services and Xerox Capital Services, which was a joint venture between GE Vendor Financial Services and Xerox.


Rhodes is originally from the Philippines and is currently based in Pittsburgh. She holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Ateneo De Manila, and a master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota. Rhodes is active in PNC’s Asian American Employee Business Resource Group and serves as the vice-chair for the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA) Talent Management Committee. She is passionate about mentoring and development and is actively involved with the American Corporate Partners (ACP), an organization that aims to ease the transition of military veterans and leverage their skills in the civilian workforce.
