Mark Schultz

Mark is Capital One's Fair Lending Officer and is also responsible for the Sales Practices and UDAAP programs. He has been at Capital One since 2004. Prior to that he worked at the Federal Reserve Board for 16 years where he worked on the fair lending and CRA exam programs as well as managing IT and data processing teams. Mark has an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Virginia Tech.
